Access:
We allow 45 minutes prior and 45 minutes after event for clean up and set up. Our staff will set up tables with linens and chair covers if you choose to rent them from us. 

Food & Drink: 
We offer an open catering policy. You may bring in your own caterers. Caterers are responsible for set up and break down of food. Caterers must provide plates and flatware. We provide all guests with a trusted vendor list that includes catering options. 

Parking: 
There is street and public parking on, and around Main Street.

Deposit/Balance: 
The rental deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your reservation. The deposit is $200. The remaining balance of all fees must be paid one full week before the event.

Cancellations: 
Any fees which have been paid in advance are refundable if the event is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to event.
